His dark past was confirmed by the priest who had guided Vanness through the most troubled moments in his life.
"His life was so full of lust," said the priest.
"He had broken many hearts."
When confronted by the press, the former member of F4 owned up to his old bad boy lifestyle, saying "The entertainment industry is full of temptations. I've done what I should and shouldn't have done.
"My sincere apologies for all the wrongs that I've done."
