Fashion designer Kris Van Assche has launched a line of heart-shaped necklaces. His latest is the "Para Siempre" necklace was, he says in an article in the International Herald Tribune, inspired by South American spirit and passion. The necklace is available in gold plate or silver with a blue enamel, heart-shaped inscribed medallion and sells for $220 or $500.
