Tener un coche clásico implica tener muchos cuidados para poder mantenerlo en condiciones óptimas y representar fielmente tal como salió de fábrica, muchos años atrás.-
Al respecto, quiero comentarles que FLV Clasicos S.L. se encarga del taller de restauración y reparación de coches clásicos, ayudando a sus dueños a mantener su preciado vehículo en las mejores situaciones.

Además se hacen las revisiones y puesta a punto de los vehículos, que se basan principalmente en relación a los kilómetros que tenga cada uno, puede ser de una revisión simple por pocos kilómetros, o una revisión mayor sustituyendo las piezas, que se vean afectadas por el uso y el desgaste.

KUALA TERENGGANU: A young mother watched in horror as an armed intruder held a parang to her newborn baby ’s throat during a robbery in Tok Jiring here yesterday.
Her ordeal did not end there. In his haste to escape later, the robber threw the baby girl on a bed before fleeing.
Police said fortunately, medical checks showed that the 55-day-old infant did not suffer any injuries.
The drama began at 1.30pm when the housewife, still in confinement, went out to the compound of her Taman Desa Baru home to gather her laundry.
The 24-year-old housewife was at home with her 18-month-old son and the newborn while her husband and two other sons had gone to town.
She got the shock of her life when she walked back into the hall.
A man in a full-faced motorcycle helmet was holding the baby, with a parang placed at the neck.
State acting CID chief Superintendent K. Manoharan said the woman screamed but was told to keep quiet.
The robber threatened to harm the baby if she did not cooperate.
He pushed into her into one of the bedrooms and forced her to ransack the closet for cash and jewellery, all the while holding the baby and the parang.
The robber panicked when he heard someone honking outside.
He then threw the baby on the bed and joined an accomplice waiting on a motorcycle outside.
The woman picked up her baby and quickly locked the front door before contacting her husband.
Manoharan said police were searching for the duo.
“We brought the baby to the hospital and doctors confirmed that she suffered no injuries.”

p/s: Crime is everywhere....wondering why nowdays my beloved country is full of crimes. Is it due to economic crisis or what???? Actually I really missed my younger hood days when I can go anywhere I like without fear but not today....my kids, they don't have any more freedom to do what I used to do.....

KUALA LUMPUR: The saga of the Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ) scandal began in 2002 when Kuala Dimensi Sdn Bhd (KDSB) and the Port Klang Authority (PKA) signed a RM1.09 billion deal for 404ha of land in Pulau Indah.
A year later PKA appointed KDSB to develop PKFZ on the land for an estimated RM1.32 billion.
Then in 2005, PKA and KDSB signed a supplemental agreement for additional development work that included a business-class hotel for RM510.38 million
However, in August 2007, Dubai-based Jebel Ali Free Zone (Jafza), which was to manage PKFZ, pulled out citing "strategic purposes".
A month later, a local newspaper published correspondence between Jafza and PKFZ indicating the pullout was due to several reasons, including red tape, bureaucracy, interference by politicians and those with vested interests.
Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, who was prime minister at the time, asked then transport minister Tan Sri Chan Kong Choy to explain why Jafza's concerns were not entertained.
It later emerged that the Transport Ministry had issued four "letters of support" between 2003 and 2006, which were used by the turnkey contractor KDSB to raise bonds and get an AAA rating from the Malaysia Rating Corporation Bhd.
It was then revealed that the documents were in fact, letters of guarantee, which only the Treasury could issue.
PKA general manager Datin Paduka Phang Oi Choo and officials from the Transport Ministry appeared before the Public Accounts Committee (PAC), which deemed the explanation of the project's financing unsatisfactory.
Last year, the PAC investigated the going-ons at the PKFZ after PKA's new chairman, Datuk Lee Hwa Beng, lodged a police report in August alleging possible fraud amounting to RM1.5 billion.
The PAC found three letters of support and undertaking as an implicit government guarantee that PKA would be allowed to fulfil its obligations under the PKFZ development agreement.
They concluded that former transport minister Chan and Phang must be investigated as the letters were issued by them without approval from the Finance Ministry.
Then in November last year, the PAC recommended that the police and Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission investigate Chan and Phang in connection with the project.
Discrepancies over PKFZ's development were uncovered by a task force setup by the Transport Ministry -- comprising lawyers, accountants, quantity surveyors and building cost consultants from professional firms -- following an audit report by PricewaterhouseCoopers.

El joven diseñador británico Kevin Scott ha inventado una bicicleta bastante interesante para prevenir los robos, ya que se puede fácilmente doblar para rodear cualquier columna.
Esto es posible gracias a una construcción de marco especial - que consta de varios segmentos.
Entre otras cosas, esta bicicleta es más fácil de almacenar, ya que ocupa menos espacio que las bicicletas convencionales.

Feel sick and like vomiting when looking at certain people's attitude. They want to debate and discuss on current issues especially political views but don't want to accept the truth when its splash on their face.
I'm losing respect to this kind of people. Can't we debate in a matured way rather like a kids fighting for dolls. Start using all four letter words when ones don't agree with his view.
Why can't they be rational and use their brain to think. The truth is remains the truth. Nobody can denies it. Just accept and face it. Then, we can sit down and discuss for the solutions to correct the situation.
Huh! I'm tired and sick with this scenario.
It's good for me to keep silence and watch their dramas....hipocrites.
